What happens in a ‘career strategy call’?
What is a ‘career strategy call’ and what can you expect? This is the first step to us building a relationship together, and we won’t even be formally working together at this point! First off, there is no cost implication, and the process is informative, proactive, and confidential.
*We take these calls with executives who are considering engaging with us, who would like to explore any challenges they may be facing in their job search. We’ll give you some answers!
On the call we will explore the challenges that you’re facing or questions you may have, in an open and honest “same side of the table” style of meeting (via Skype or telephone most often). You will receive some actionable advice, based on what you have told us about your individual situation, and we will also give you our recommendations about our programmes which may match your requirements. The process will improve the odds of your landing your next role faster – and you’ll be better informed about the current jobs market .
This is not intended to be a free career coaching consultancy session, but will be a powerful opportunity to find out what’s impacting your job search. We will provide a high level assessment of what you’re missing and why you are not getting the results you want.
We will also make a professional recommendation for the best next steps you should take now to take your job search to the next level.

Criteria: You’re a senior level executive seeking your next role, you’re open to the idea of working with us, and are able to fund a coaching programme.
